Text Box: Where are you located? We’re located in the heart of North Park. What is your turn-around? Typical turnaround times are 7-10 business days. We can rush your order if needed. What are your hours of operation? We’re open from 8-6pm daily. We’re open on a limited schedule during the weekends. You can contact us at any time of the day or night, you will get a response within a couple of hours. Can you print on customer provided garments? Yes, we will print on your garments. We require that you send us extras of all sizes to be printed. What type of files are accepted for Screen Printing? We prefer vector files saved in Adobe Illustrator or high resolution files created in photoshop. All files must be color separated. There will be a color separation charge for any file preparations we do. What type of files are accepted for Direct To Garmet printing? Send us high resolution files created at print size in the following formats: .gif, .tiff, png, .ai, .psd, . pdf What are your set-up fees? Depends on how many colors you want to print and the method of printing you require. Typically set up fees are from $10-$25 per screen created. This covers the screen prep, job set-up and film costs. We offer free set up on some quantities and on some of our online specials. All 1 color print jobs come with Free Set Up. What are your minimums? Depends on the print method. We will print smaller runs, but your price will be higher due to the set up fees. How about if you print your logo on the shirts? We have humongous hearts when it comes to supporting causes and special interest organizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide such services to all organizations. We do sponsor a few organizations each year and will continue to do so, we sponsor them by providing them with services at a lower rate than normal. We encourage you to submit your job specifics and quantities, we guarantee that you will be pleased with our prices. Team names and numbers? We can print custom names and numbers for your sporting league. What kind of shirts do you print on? We can print / buy pretty much any shirt brand you can think of. If we don’t have an account with a certain manufacturer, we’ll create an account with them for your order. Here’s a list of a few popular brands we print: American Apparel, AAA Alstyle, Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Canvas, Bella, Alo, Anvil, Next Level Apparel, and more. We can print on t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweaters, pants, jackets, jerseys, tote bags, baby clothing, doggie clothing, panties, bibs, towels, you name it. Can you print out film and produce screens for us? We do not offer this service. I’m in a band and we need merchandise for our shows or upcoming tour. Can you help us out? We’ve been in bands love to support artists like yourself and your touring efforts without breaking the bank and allowing you to put gas in the tour van. Some of our most popular band merchandise items are shirts, koozies, stickers and buttons, that’s why we dedicated separate pages for those. If you’re running out of merch on tour, no problem.
